6 Mind-blowing tips to flaunt in ethnic wear

Definitely, western wear looks classy and modern, but there are days when we prefer wearing different styles apart from western for a change. Guess what? You can try out some ethnic wear and look unbelievably stunning. Also, if you don’t prefer a proper ethnic suit, you can go with indo-western style. And if you are also one of those people searching for some change in looks and style, then indeed, you’ve landed on the right page.

There are numerous types of ethnic wear and suits for women that you can wear at the office and on any occasion. Here are a few tips on how you can look fabulous in ethnic wear for a change.

  1. Wear a saree with a twist

Saree is the oldest traditional wear in India, and even now, this is considered a most beautiful type of style. You can wear a saree in different ways, either with pants or even with pair of denim. If you are planning to wear pants, then stitched saree comes with pants; all you need to do is button up. And if you are comfortable wearing denim, then you can wear it with denim and put a nice belt over it with some chic earrings. Apart from saree, you have plenty of options in suits for women for any season.

  1. Ethnic suits

For some people, ethnic suits are too much for office wear or daily wear, but it won’t be too much if you make the right choice. Just make sure you choose a pastel colour or maybe some light shade. Also, I would suggest going for some stylish tunics or A-line kurtis and pairing them with some pants or trousers to look even more chic and ethnic at the same time.

  1. Glam up with accessories

There are still some people who under-estimates the power and importance of jewellery in dressing up. Wearing some nice accessories can glam up any look, no matter how it may be. Even if you wear some basic western wear and add some silver or golden ethnic necklace, it will give you an indo-western look. Even I am a big-time fan of jewellery.

  1. Footwear matters a lot

You can wear some traditional juttis with your outfit, which will give you an effortless yet classic look even in your western outfit.

  1. Magic with scarves or stoles

If you are searching for an aesthetic substitute for Pashmina or shawl, then I would suggest going with a scarf or stole. It doesn’t matter what style you are wearing, and it will go with an ethnic suit, saree and even western wear as well.

  1. Mis-Match outfits

It’s not mandatory to wear suits for women or saree in order to give a traditional look; you can also try pairing some crop tops with flare pants or splits suits with a skirt, and so on. Fashion isn’t written rules, but it is what we create and what truly defines us.

So these were some of my tips that you can use while going for a traditional look. I would love to know what kind of fashion style you like the most.
